Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services across multiple care settings. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients with physical and developmental conditions while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients using a variety of therapeutic interventions
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with standards
• Advocate for patient needs and optimal care delivery

• Inpatient
• Outpatient
• Long-Term Care
• Home Health
• Community-Based Care

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of current PT experience (Required)
• Must have both inpatient and outpatient experience
• At least one 13-week travel assignment (Required)
• Pediatric experience preferred (minimum 1 year required if working in peds)
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Required)
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Preferred)

Certifications & Licensure:

• Active New Mexico PT License (Required)
• BLS Certification (AHA, ARC, or equivalent) (Required)
