Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care. This is a Full-Time – Night Shift opportunity with long-term potential, located in Griffin, Georgia 30224.

Pay Range: $33 – $59/hour. 

Must Have Skills

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• ACLS certification required (or within 180 days)
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Experience in Critical Care / ICU / Acute Care setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care / ICU setting
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-support interventions
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
• Ensure adherence to patient safety and quality standards
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives
• Support mentorship and professional development within the team
• Uphold confidentiality and professional nursing standards
