We are hiring a skilled Emergency Department  RN to join a fast-paced clinical team.

📍 Location: Marietta, GA 30060
⏱ Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
🌞🌙 Shifts Available: Day & Night shifts
💰 Pay Rate: $33 – $59/hour (based on experience & shift)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room to provide immediate, high-quality care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries. The ER RN will thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering critical care while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rapid patient assessment and triage
• Provide emergency nursing care for trauma, medical, and surgical cases
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition continuously
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products as ordered
• Assist with emergency procedures, resuscitation, and life-saving interventions
• Operate and monitor ER equipment including cardiac monitors and defibrillators
• Accurately document patient care in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and compliance with hospital policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State or Compact)
• 1+ year of Emergency Room or Acute Care experience required
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN degree
• Trauma or high-acuity ER experience
• TNCC or ENPC certification
