Position Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted
- Licensure:
- Active Alaska (AK) RN License required in hand for Auto Offer
- Pending license may be considered for screening, but license must be active for offer
- Certifications Required:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACM Certification (Preferred)
- Skills Required:
- Epic charting experience (Mandatory)
- Acute Care experience (Mandatory)
Work Requirements
- Weekend Requirement:
- Every other weekend or
- 4 weekend days within a 4-week schedule
- On-Call: Not required
- Floating: Yes – within scope to meet facility needs
- Block Scheduling: Not available
Candidate Eligibility
- Local Candidates: Not accepted
- Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
- RTO (Requested Time Off):
- Maximum 1 request per 13-week assignment (up to 5 days)
- No holiday RTO allowed for Auto Offer
- Guaranteed Hours:
- 72 hours per 2 weeks
- Facility may call off 1 (8-hour) shift per 2 weeks
