Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient- and family-centered care in an acute care setting. The RN will be responsible for managing patient care, ensuring safety and quality outcomes, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. This role follows evidence-based practice and emphasizes patient satisfaction, education, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Monitor patient responses and document clinical outcomes
• Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Utilize resources effectively to support patient care and organizational goals

Education:

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Support patient understanding and engagement in care

Leadership:

• Delegate tasks to licensed and non-licensed staff
• Serve as a mentor/preceptor for team members
• Promote teamwork and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience (Required)
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Education:

• Nursing Diploma OR Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) (Required)

Certifications & Licensure:

• Active RN License (Required)
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Certifications (Required)
