Submission Requirements

Orientation Dates: 4/20, 4/27

 

• 24 months of Respiratory care experience in hospital/medical center setting [required]
• PICU / Pediatric intensive or NICU / neonatal intensive experience - may work across picu/nicu floor [highly preferred]
• Equipment experience: HFOV/High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation [highly preferred]
• Equipment experience: Jet, Servo U [highly preferred]
• ALL certs active, and in hand [required]
• NRP or PALS certified [required]
• EPIC electronic medical records experience [required]
• IA license {highly preferred} -- will accept licensing candidates; 1-3 week turnaround time
• CRTs accepted @ $86/hr rate

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
 

• Work history/resume/employment history must have 36 months of current RRT / CRT - Respiratory Therapy experience [required]
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Respiratory Therapy) – [required]
• IDPH / Iowa Department of Public Health / Respiratory Care and Polysomnography  – [highly preferred] [document]
• Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
• Driver’s License [document] [required]
• AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS / basic life support – [required]
• NBRC / National Board for Respiratory Care -- [required]
• PALs / pediatric advanced or NRP / neonatal resuscitation certificate [required]
