Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Idaho
• Certifications Requirements: BLS certification; LTC experience certification (preferred); CPR certification
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of LTC experience;Previous travel nursing experience preferred; Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Other Requirements: Ability to work 36 hours per week on dayshift; Strong communication skills; Adaptability to long-term care settings

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, ensuring adherence to care plans and facility protocols.
• Assess residents' health status, monitor vital signs, and document clinical findings accurately in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and modify individualized resident care plans.
• Educate residents and families on health management, medication adherence, and post-acute care needs.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring infection control procedures are followed diligently.
