Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown PCU for a Hospital in San Francisco, CA. This is a great opportunity for nurses looking to gain experience, earn competitive pay, and explore a new location.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown PCU setting
Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care

Requirements

Active CA RN license or Compact License (if applicable)
Minimum 2 years of Stepdown PCU nursing experience
BLS Certification (AHA required)
Additional certifications may be required (ACLS, PALS, etc.)
Local Candidates: 50 miles travel requirement
RTO only one holiday will be approved
Must be available to go in for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
Return Staff Policy - gone 1 yr to return as traveler
1 year of experience in Medical/Surgical Stepdown required
Shift: 3 x 12 Days
- 0700-1930;
- rotating weekends
- no on call requirements
