Description
Required Skills & Experience: -Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical SD experience. OR -Two (2) years of ICU experience. -Two (2) years of IV Insertion & Phlebotomy experience. -Two (2) years of Conscious Sedation experience. -Demonstrates satisfactory completion of age specific competency.
Required Education: -Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accreditated Nursing Program. -Evidence of graduation from an accredited National League of Nursing School. -Baccalaureate degree or satisfactory equivalent combination of training, education and experience. Preferred Education: -N/A Required Certifications & Licensure: -New York State RN License. -Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED). -AHA BLS. -AHA ACLS.
