Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality care in a long-term care setting. The nurse will be responsible for administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring accurate documentation of care. This role includes coordinating nursing services, supervising staff, and collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver optimal resident outcomes. The ideal candidate will uphold resident rights, maintain a safe and clean environment, and ensure compliance with all facility policies, as well as state and federal regulations. Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential.

Qualifications & Experience:

2+ Years Experience in LTC, SNF, or Med Surg setting
BLS AHA
MI RN License
Must have completed at least '1' successful travel assignment as a RN
RTO cannot exceed 5 days. Meadow Brook will not approve RTO after an offer is made
Covid Vaccine (if declining, mandated to wear a mask)

Shift note:
7:00PM - 7:30AM/ 48 hours guaranteed
