**QUICK OFFER POSITION**

Requirements:

*Minimum 2 years of recent PACU experience - Required

*AHA - BLS, ACLS certification – Required

*AZ state license or compact license – Required
*Shift - Days - 5:45 AM – 6:00 PM and 7:45 AM – 8:30 PM - 36 hours per week/3 days in a week

*No locals/50 miles radius rule
*On Call: 1-12 hr. Call (1800-0630) and 2-24hr. Call on Weekends (0600-0600) per six weeks
