• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: COPD exacerbation, GI bleed, diabetic complications, wound care, pancreatitis, sickle cell crisis, end of life care/hospice, falls, weakness, sepsis, infection
• Personality Fit: look for team players, strong patient advocates, busy floor-need to keep up
• Required Education: Associate or bachelors in nursing
