Travel Pharmacist – Evening Shift (7 on / 7 off Schedule)

We are seeking an experienced Travel Pharmacist to support pharmacy operations in a hospital setting. This role offers a consistent block schedule and is ideal for pharmacists who prefer evening shifts with extended time off.

Job Overview

• Specialty: Pharmacist (Inpatient / Hospital)
• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (Wednesday–Tuesday rotation)
• Shift: Evening Shift
• Hours: 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Setting: Hospital Pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Verify and dispense medications in an inpatient setting
• Review physician orders for accuracy and clinical appropriateness
• Monitor for drug interactions, contraindications, and dosing accuracy
• Collaborate with providers and nursing staff on medication therapy
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
• Support pharmacy workflow during evening operations

Requirements

• Active Pharmacist license (state-specific; pending accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience required
• Hospital or inpatient experience preferred
• Epic experience preferred
• Ability to work independently during evening shifts
