Travel RN – Case Management
Location: Lone Tree, CO
Facility: HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge
Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: April 27, 2026(flexible)
Pay Package (40 Hours)
- W2 Pay Rate: $24.00/hr
- Weekly Stipend: $1,070.94
- Weekly Gross: $2,030.94
Unit Details
- Schedule: Day shift, may include weekend coverage
- EMR: Meditech, CarePort
Requirements
Must Have:
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of Case Management RN experience
- Strong discharge planning experience
- Experience collaborating with physicians and care teams
- Knowledge of post-acute care placements (SNF, Home Health, Hospice, LTACH)
