General Information
Tell us about the unit(s):
· Number of machines – 4: 2 Linear Accelerators, 1 CT Simulator, 1 CyberKnife
· Number of Staff – 9 radiation therapists
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – only; 8.5 hrs to be scheduled between 7am to 5:30pm
o Night Shift – not typical but hours could push past 6pm dependent on volumes
· Patient Ratios – 2.5 therapists per linac, 2 per CK, and 2 per simulator
· Type of equipment – Elekta Versa HD; GE Lightspeed simulator, Accuray M6 CyberKNife
· EMR - Mosaiq
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· Elekta linac experience
· Mosaiq EMR experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· CT simulation experience
· CRad motion management experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Daily treatments to include CBCT, IGRT, IMRT, and 3D on linacs
· If on Infinity 1; will know and perform DiBH on CRad
Best personality Fit:
· Good communication skills, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude for teamwork
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· ARRT

· Scrub Color/Attire - Navy Blue top, navy blue or gray bottoms
