Pros
2 days of orientation for travelers. Alaris pumps and cerner charting. Acute side of ER is a 4 to 1 patient ratio. ER nurses don’t get floated. They have a “REPP” side in ER which is less acute patients who are not on cardiac monitoring and it’s basically just tasking for 12 hours. They’re very strict on making sure everybody gets a lunch.
Cons
Night shift is cliquey but they’re all really great about helping each other out
