Description

Position: RN Case Manager
Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience
First-time travelers accepted (subject to Clinical approval)
Epic charting experience required

Schedule / Unit Details:

Patient Ratio: 1:20
Weekends: 2 weekends every 6 weeks
Call: Not required
Floating: May float between similar units based on facility needs

Additional Information:

Locals accepted
Parking: Free parking available
