Required Certifications
ACLS
BLS

NIHSS

Required Experience
Minimum 2+ years of ICU experience
Must have high-acuity patient care experience
Experience with cardiac, trauma, and surgical ICU patients

Required Skills
Ability to titrate drips
Experience handling POD 1 & immediate post-op cardiac patients
Comfortable with 1:1 and 1:2 critical care ratios

Required Compliance / Submission Notes
Must disclose if previously worked at Marshfield
If yes → 6 months gap required before submission
Must be willing to float (SICU → MICU → observer if needed)
Must be flexible with scheduling (no strict preferences)
Must clock in/out at facility
Required Availability
Every other weekend
Every other holiday
On-call (as needed during low census)
