🌞 Med-Surg RN – Days | Large Hospital Experience Required 🌞

Looking for a strong Med-Surg RN with experience in large, high-acuity hospitals for a fast-paced unit.

💼 Position Details:
• Specialty: Med-Surg RN
• Shift: 12H Days (7A–7P)
• Ratios: 1:5–6
• 3 weekend shifts every 4 weeks

🏥 Patient Population:
• CHF, COPD, Diabetes, ESRD
• GI, infections, neuro, mental health
• Post-procedure & minor surgical cases

💉 Skills Required:
• Heparin & insulin drips
• IV therapy, wound vacs, feeding tubes
• Chest tubes & telemetry

📍 Requirements:
• 1.5+ yrs Level 1/2 or tertiary hospital experience
• 1+ yr Med-Surg at 600+ bed facility
• BLS (AHA)
• IN RN License or Compact

⚠️ Additional Info:
• Floating to other Med-Surg units required
• Local rates apply (12% reduction)
• Up to 24 hrs cancellation per contract
