Description

Inpatient Hospice - stationed at Washington Hospital Center Include daily assessments, documentation and admissions of eligible hospice patients who are symptomatic. They are also expected to participate in rounds, marketing and GOC meetings 

 

Start ASAP for 13 weeks 1) 8am -5pm 2) 9am - 6pm Both rotating every 3rd weekend with days off during the week Hospice experience required Productivity expectation is 24-30 visits/wk for 40 hours.   HomeCare HomeBase experience required Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train. Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from Administrator
