Requirements

Licensure:
- Active Alaska (AK) RN License – Required for Auto Offer
- Pending licenses may be screened, but must be in hand for offer
Certifications:
- BLS – Required
- ACM Certification – Preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- First-time travelers accepted
- Acute Care experience – Required
- Epic charting experience – Required

Shift & Schedule

Shift: 5x8 Days
Shift Times (may vary):
- 0700–1530
- 0730–1600
- 0800–1630
- 0830–1700
Weekend Requirement:
- Every other weekend or 4 weekend days within a 4-week schedule
On-Call: Not required
Floating:
- Required within scope to meet facility needs
Block Scheduling: Not available

Assignment Guidelines

Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks
Traveler may be called off for 1 (8-hour) shift per 2 weeks
RTO Policy:
- Only 1 request per 13-week assignment
- Maximum 5 days or less
- No holiday RTO allowed for Auto Offer
Local Policy:
- Not accepting local candidates
- Permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility
