Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical (Surgery Trauma Unit)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Location: 80 Jesse Hill Jr Dr SE, Atlanta, GA 30303
Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12 hours | 36 hours per week

Grady Memorial Hospital

Pay Package Breakdown: (36 hrs/week)
W2 hourly rate - $10/hr
Taxable income - $360
Non-Taxable income - $1694 (Lodging - $1190 & Meals - $504)
Total weekly gross pay - $2054

Unit Details

High-acuity Surgery Trauma Floor
Patient population includes Spinal Neuro Trauma, Surgical Trauma, Gunshot wounds, Quadriplegic and Paraplegic patients

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical or related specialty
BLS required, ACLS preferred
Must be willing to work assigned shifts (no block scheduling)

Unit Support & Staffing

Patient Ratio: 1:5
Nursing Support Technicians available
Phlebotomists available
Unit Secretary available during night shifts
ED nurses and admitting unit complete nurse-to-nurse handoff for patient transfers.
