Job Description

RN II-Case Management/ Utilization Review (CNA). Day Shift 4 x 10s - no set days for schedule. 0730 to 1800. BLS required. At least 1 year in hospital Care Management experience. No call required. Associate Degree(A.S.) or equivalent: Required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing: Preferred. Three-Five years nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting: Required. Recent experience in utilization review, discharge planning, and/or inpatient case management: Preferred. Current RN license in state of practice: Required. AHA BLS Required.
