Description

House Sup Risk Management

*Works with any dept, if a patient complaint arises*
*Experience in Critical Care or ED is a plus*
*weekends will not typically be required UNLESS survey is on site*
*2 years experience required, hard stop*
*First time travelers allowed IF 2+ years of experience, hard stop*

Ensure timely intake, investigation, documentation, and response to CMS-defined grievances
• Provide clinical oversight of event reporting, triage, and escalation
• Facilitate and monitor RCAs and FMEAs, including corrective action plans
• Support regulatory inquiries, complaint investigations, and survey readiness
• Maintain continuity of critical risk management and patient safety functions
*Review Medical Records for Mortality Chart Review

BLS required
Inpatient Acute Care exp required
