In Pediatrics, the "patient" is the entire family unit. At Confluence Health, your role extends beyond clinical interventions into the realm of developmental advocacy. Whether you are managing a respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) case in an infant or a post-surgical recovery in a teenager, your ability to provide PALS-certified care while simultaneously comforting a worried parent is the hallmark of a great pediatric nurse.
