RN Case Management -

2-year acute care hospital inpatient Case Manager experience performing Care Coordination and Admission Reviews, must be current experience within the last 6 months

Travel Experience Required: Yes
Note: seasoned traveler required, can screen for manager to consider

CA state license: Yes

Weekend REQ: at least 2 in a 4 week schedule, to meet dept needs
