Physical Therapist - Inpatient (MUST HAVE INPATIENT EXPERIENCE)

26-week assignment 

10-hour days 

40 hours guaranteed 

Must have 1 year of experience in a hospital inpatient / acute rehab setting?

Do you have Meditech EMR experience?

Graduate of an APTA approved 4-year Bachelor's degree program (or foreign equivalent)?

Education/experience serving patients with physical disabilities? (preferred)

Current PT license through AZ Board of Physical Therapy?

AHA BLS?

Job duties: Evaluation and treatment of a variety of orthopedic, neurological and debility diagnoses. This position would be a float position between inpatient rehab in the hospital and acute rehab for intensive therapy.  

Equipment: EMR – Meditech

Required skills: 1 year of experience in a hospital/acute rehab

Specific licensure: Current professional license and BLS

Shift:  8 – 4:30 or 9:30 – 6 M- F

Floating to other departments: yes – acute rehab and inpatient rehab in the hospital

Bed size : 18 beds in acute rehab

Dress code: royal blue scrubs, no hoodies, jackets must be royal blue scrub material, close-toe shoes, no visible tattoos or piercings
