PCU / Med-Surg Tele RN | Flexible Placement | Strong Team Support

Great fit if you’re open and flexible — you’ll be placed where your skills are strongest across PCU or Med/Surg/Tele

Good opportunity if you want consistent work, variety, and strong experience across units

What to Expect:
• Placement based on unit need (PCU or Med/Surg/Tele)
• Same credentialing for both skill sets
• Strong team support across units

Schedule:
• Every other weekend
• Every other holiday

Floating:
• Float within facility based on skill set
• Potential float to nearby sites within 40 miles

Requirements:
• 2+ years PCU or Med/Surg Tele acute care experience
• Open to both Stepdown or Med/Surg placements
• Must be flexible with unit and floating

Pros

I have worked with this company for 3, along with a few others, and they have been great! They seem to be very appreciative of their staff and always sending appreciative gifts to you. I can’t say much now that they have joined TotalMed, but am looking forward to see what develops.

Cons

Rates are not always the best, would be nice to have a few more eastern and southern state options, like Mississippi or North Carolina cities
