Travel X-Ray Tech Opportunity – Nights | Glendale, AZ
We’re hiring an experienced X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center, a leading Level I Trauma Center in Glendale, Arizona.
Assignment Details:
- Start Date: April 27, 2026
- Schedule: Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
- 36 hours/week (12-hour shifts)
- 13-week contract
- Opportunity to float between units or sister facilities
Facility Details:
- 595-bed, full-service acute care hospital
- Level I Trauma Center with diverse and complex cases
- Exposure to advanced imaging and a wide patient population
- Part of a respected healthcare system with strong clinical support
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Performing a full range of diagnostic imaging procedures
- Working with portable imaging, fluoroscopy, and C-arm in the OR
- Supporting trauma and pediatric imaging cases
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a high-volume setting
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of X-Ray / Radiology Tech experience (recent)
- ARRT certification + active Arizona X-Ray license
- BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
- Experience in trauma, OR, and portable imaging preferred
- Flexibility and willingness to float
Important Notes:
- Must be available to start on time (or within one week)
- Limited RTO (max 7 days; none during first week)
- Travelers should be ready to accept upon submission
