Description
7a-330p
On call: Periodic on call is every 3rd week. It's usually from 3:30pm - 7am. It's during the week and/or the weekend.
Required Certifications: Nuclear medicine, PET/CT required. ARRT (N) or NMTCB, NM state license required. BLS (must be from AHA)
Years of Experience: 1-2 years
Equipment: GE 5 ring PET/CT, GE Hawkeye SPECT/CT, will be installing GE 830 SPECT Camera

Pros
Unit is comprised of many travelers. Core staff and travelers have all been fantastic! The unit is set up quite well to manage the surges of patients. It is the only main hospital around so it can definitely provide good experience. Most of the providers I've encountered over the last couple months actually listen to the nurses and are easy to work with.
Cons
It is definitely busy before the size of the town. I can't say I have any other cons.
