Requirements:

• Licensure:
  • Active Alaska (AK) RN License required in hand for Auto Offer
  • Pending licenses may be considered for screening, but not for Auto Offer
• Certifications:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
  • ACM Certification – Preferred
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience
  • Acute Care experience – Required
  • Epic charting experience – Required
  • First-time travelers are accepted
• Skills:
  • Strong case management and care coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR system

Work Schedule & Conditions:

• Shift: 5x8 Days
• Shift Timing Options:
  • 07:00 – 15:30
  • 07:30 – 16:00
  • 08:00 – 16:30
  • 08:30 – 17:00
• Weekend Requirement:
  • Every other weekend OR 4 weekend days within a 4-week schedule
• On-Call: Not required
• Floating: Required within scope to meet facility needs
• Block Scheduling: Not available

Candidate Eligibility:

• Local Candidates: Not accepted
  • Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
• RTO (Requested Time Off):
  • Maximum 1 request per 13-week assignment (up to 5 days)
  • No holiday RTO allowed for Auto Offer

Additional Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks
• Facility may call off 1 (8-hour) shift per 2 weeks
