Travel CT Technologist – Oakland, MD

Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

Gross Pay: $2,794/week

Schedule: 3×12 Nights | 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Position Overview

A traveler‑friendly medical facility in Oakland, MD is seeking an experienced CT Technologist to support its overnight imaging operations. This role requires strong CT and X‑ray competency, independent workflow skills, and the ability to perform high‑quality exams in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent CT experience
• Active ARRT (CT)(R)
• Current BLS
• Maryland Radiologic Technologist License (must be active before start)
• Strong proficiency in CT protocols, patient positioning, and radiation safety
• Ability to work independently during night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high‑quality CT exams following established protocols
• Support ER, inpatient, and overnight imaging needs
• Ensure proper patient positioning, radiation safety, and image optimization
• Maintain accurate documentation within imaging and EMR systems
• Collaborate with technologists, nurses, and radiologists to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide professional, patient‑centered care throughout all night‑shift operations
