CT Tech  
Location: Belcourt, ND 58316 

Pay Rate: $55 per hour plus $1,246 weekly  travel stipends (If applicable) 
Schedule: Evening/overnight shifts, Monday–Sunday (includes holidays; schedule based on facility needs) 

Contract Length: 1 year with the option to extend

Job Description: 

A CT Tech is needed for an IHS facility in North Dakota. Work with a diverse patient population performing CT and general radiology exams in a rural healthcare setting. 
Requirements: 

• ARRT or NMTCB certification in CT (or equivalent training + ARRT Radiography)  
• Minimum 6 months CT experience  
• Active license (if applicable)  
• BLS certification  
• Meets ARRT continuing education requirements 

Responsibilities: 

• Perform CT and X-ray exams following physician orders and imaging protocols  
• Prepare, position, and educate patients to ensure safety and image accuracy  
• Select appropriate technical factors and adjust scans based on patient condition and clinical indication  
• Evaluate images in real time to ensure diagnostic quality; repeat or modify studies as needed  
• Identify critical findings and promptly communicate with radiologists/providers  
• Prioritize and manage routine, urgent, and emergent cases efficiently  
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment, including basic troubleshooting and quality checks  
• Accurately document procedures and patient data in the electronic health record (EHR)  
• Follow radiation safety standards and infection control protocols  
• Assist with emergency situations, including patient stabilization and CPR if required
