Job Title: CT Technologist (CT Tech)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CT Technologist to join our team. The candidate will operate computerized tomography (CT) and radiologic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort. This role requires collaboration with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely imaging results.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CT and radiologic equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures
• Prepare and position patients for CT scans and radiographic exams
• Administer contrast media and monitor patients during procedures
• Evaluate images and collaborate with radiologists to ensure quality results
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Assist with invasive procedures as required
• Follow safety protocols and infection control standards
• Perform additional radiology duties as assigned based on training and skill level

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology

Certifications & Licensure:

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
• Active Ohio Radiographer License required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

Experience:

• Minimum 2 year of Radiology/CT experience preferred
• Ability to obtain CT Registry within one year of hire

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures and radiologic equipment
• Excellent communication skills with patients and healthcare teams
• Ability to lift and position patients safely
• Proficient in handling electronic medical records and imaging systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to respond to emergency situations, including CPR
