CA RN license
ACLS, BLS, NRP and FHM-AWHONN (intermediate or advanced, they take either) are required.
3 years experience, EPIC
Fit Testing
There are 10 beds in the Labor and Delivery unit. Ratio's depend on acuity, generally 1:2 but can be 1:1 if in active labor. Some High Risk deliveries here. No floating required outside of the Mother/Children units. On call, and in house physicians are available 24/7.

I have worked with this company for 3, along with a few others, and they have been great! They seem to be very appreciative of their staff and always sending appreciative gifts to you. I can’t say much now that they have joined TotalMed, but am looking forward to see what develops.

Cons

Rates are not always the best, would be nice to have a few more eastern and southern state options, like Mississippi or North Carolina cities
