Amergis is currently seeking experienced IV Therapy/PICC RNs for TRAVEL assignments in Jamaica Plain, MA !

Position Details:

Contract Length: 13 wks

Number of Openings: 1

Start Date: 5/11

Hours/Shifts/Schedules: Days 40 hrs/wk (5x8s) available!

*Every other weekend, every other holiday

Requirements

2+ years of hospital experience
1+ years IV experience
Must have a strong clinical background in PICC & Midline placement
BLS, ACLS (AHA Only)

The Registered Nurse – IV Therapy provides and supervises intravenous nursing care to patients of all ages and is a resource for IV-related problems or procedures for the institution. The Registered Nurse is skilled and knowledgeable in a wide range of IV therapy services, a wide range of general nursing skills as well as skills specific to IV Therapy.

Minimum Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
