Description
Position Details-:
- Skills: Inpatient, ER, Adult ICU
- CT Procedure Experience: Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Brain Perfusion, CTAs, Multiplanar Reconstruction
- RATIOS: Daily Caseload: 150-200 Scans; 4 Rooms
- 10-HOUR NIGHTS (Monday-Thursday Block); 21:00 - 0700
- Call Requirement: NONE
- Floating Requirement: NONE
- WEEKEND SCHEDULE: NONE
- PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults and Geriatrics
- SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: This is in the emergency department on a Siemen's scanner doing routine ED patients, also Code Stroke and some trauma patients. ***VERY FAST PACED*** On first shift we typically have 4-5 techs. Second shift after 5pm there are typically 2-3 techs. Third shift there is 2 techs. Weekends we have 3 techs. Typical case load for one tech in an 8-hour shift is anywhere from 8-12 patients.
- SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Siemens Scanner, GE.
- UNIT SYSTEMS: EPIC, Visage - SCREEN IF NO VISAGE!!
- SCRUBS: Royal Blue
Required-:
- Nothing less than 2 Years and some Trauma exp.
- MUST have more than 500 bed Hospital Exp.,
- GE & Siemens Scanner Use is a must
- ARRT (CT) and (R)
- BLS
