Description
Position: RN Home Health
Location: New Port Richey, FL 34654
Duration: 20 weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Job Overview:
We are searching for a reliable and compassionate home care nurse to join our team. The home care nurse’s responsibilities include performing patient visits and monitoring their conditions, conducting tests, and writing reports for the physician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Traveling to patients’ homes and managing their care plans according to physicians’ instructions.
- Administering medication and insulin, and completing blood pressure, glucose, urine, and stool tests.
Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene.
Required Qualifications:
- Florida or Compact State RN License
- Must have a valid drivers license and car to make home visits.
- 1 year of experience in Home health setting as an RN
- BLS from AHA
Must have home health experience with OASIS training and experience.
