Hiring experienced RN – Med/Surg nurses for a high-volume acute care facility. Ideal for candidates with strong post-op and telemetry experience.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care (pre & post-surgical)
Administer medications and monitor patient response
Perform IV therapy, wound care, and assessments
Monitor vitals and report changes
Educate patients and families
Maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with healthcare teams

Requirements

2+ years Med/Surg experience (acute care preferred)
Recent experience within the last year
Skills in:
- Medication administration
- IV therapy
- Wound care & infection control
- Telemetry monitoring
- Post-op care

Certifications

Active NY RN License
AHA BLS required
AHA ACLS (Queens requirement)

Local contract also accepted: Pay Package: Local: Up to $65/hr
