Description
Rotating Shift; 5 x 8s. 6am to 14:30 or 8:30 to 1700 or 1000 to 1830; M - F. Call required. ACLS, BLS, PALS, and insurance documentation; minimum of 2 years experience as RNFA; must have experience in primary spine, ortho, and robot surgeries. Call is at least twice per week and every 3rd weekend. Must have minimum 3 years experience having worked in the submitted unit specialty within the last 3 months.
- Associate Degree(A.S.) or equivalent: Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing: Preferred
- One year previous full time experience in the operating room: Required
- Current RN license in state of practice: Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS OR HS-PALS OR RQIPALS) certification: Preferred
- Certified Nurse, Operating Room (CNOR): Preferred
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS: Required
