Description
RN – PACU (Travel) – Summary
- Location: Louisville, KY
- Openings: 1 position
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM (3x12, 36 hrs/week)
Call Requirements:
- 3–5 weekday call shifts per 6 weeks (8:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
- 2–4 weekend call shifts per 6 weeks (single shifts, not full weekends)
Requirements:
- Active KY RN License (at submission)
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required
- Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience
- Epic experience required
Responsibilities:
- Provide post-anesthesia patient care and monitoring
- Perform assessments and manage recovery process
- Implement and evaluate care plans
- Administer medications and monitor responses
- Educate patients and coordinate with care teams
Additional Details:
- Setting: Acute Care Hospital (PACU)
- Emphasis on patient safety, recovery monitoring, and clinical judgment
