Job details:
Location: Lebanon, NH
Position: RN-Case Manager
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start date: ASAP
Shift: 8-4:40 Monday - Friday , No weekends or on call
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/wk.
Pay package*
Weekly Gross: $2620/wk.
Gross Hourly: $65.50/h
Breakdown*
Weekly Taxable Hourly: $21.75/h
Weekly Non-Taxable Hourly: $43.75/h
Requirements:
- BLS
- NH License
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Must be a certified care manager
- BSN
- 3 years inpatient clinical experience
- At least 1 year Care Management experience
