Traditional Med-Surg with some TCU( Transitional Care) patients.
Staffing ratios: 5:1

Want someone who can read interpret monitors and does not need a monitor tech. Want someone skilled with medication drips. Weekend and Holiday rotation: Yes..
Will not float to other units.
Preferable if the nurse has prior EPIC EMR experience. BLS and ACLS required.. Our care teams consists of RN's, Charge Nurses, Patient Care Techs , Unit Secretaries and a night shift hospitalist NP. Current RN license in the State of Indiana. Minimum of 1-year Medical Surgical experience required prefer 3+ years experience.
