Duties:ﾠJob Summary: Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions. null

Education:ﾠRequired Education: -Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Preferred Education: -Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN). Required Certification & Licensure: -Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. -BLS Preferred Certification & Licensure: -N/A null

Schedule Notes:ﾠAuto offers approved Required: 2+ years of general medsurg unit experience, BLS certification from AHA, current MI RN licensure. Highly preferred: At least one year of experience working on a surgical floor. Floating: Candidates may be asked to float. Location is acuity adaptable. May be asked to float to lockdown unit. OT billed after 48 hours
