Radiation badge: Required to be provided to traveler by agency; facility will not provide. Department "RADIOLOGY (Need Cost Center) What areas do they do imaging? All areas for both adults & peds; except IR is only adults All areas for both adults & peds Certs/ARRT & other requirements "BLS (must be AHA) & WV License is Required for all (see modality for other certification requirements)" ARRT is Required (CT-preferred) EMR/Equipment EPIC & (see specific modality) & Canon/Toshiba & Fuji Synaps.
