Travel Emergency Room RN – Oklahoma City, OK

Gross Pay: $2,452/week

Schedule: 3×12 Nights

Position Overview

A high‑acuity Level I Trauma Center in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Travel ER RN to join its night‑shift emergency team. This role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid decision‑making, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced trauma environment. Prior travel experience is required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room RN experience
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Must have completed at least one travel assignment
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Clean Nursys report required
• Strong triage, critical‑care, and rapid‑response skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, high‑acuity ER

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to trauma, medical, and surgical patients
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and stabilization
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams during emergent situations
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and monitor patient status
• Document accurately within the facility’s EMR
• Maintain a calm, focused presence during high‑stress situations
• Deliver patient‑centered care throughout all night‑shift operations
