Position Details

• Specialty: CT Technologist
• Shift: Nights – 4x10s (19:00 – 09:00)
• Schedule Breakdown:
  • Wed/Thurs: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (8-hour shifts)
  • Fri/Sat: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
• Start: ASAP

Patient Population & Caseload

• All ages and conditions (majority adult – ~90% ER cases)
• Common studies include:
  • Head / maxillofacial
  • Chest (PE studies)
  • Chest/Abdomen (dissection, appendicitis)
  • Stroke imaging (CTA head/neck, brain perfusion)
  • Spine and extremities

Experience Requirements

• Minimum:
  • 1 year Siemens CT experience
  • Strong IV skills (starting IVs required)
• Key Skills:
  • Administering IV contrast
  • Performing scans independently
  • Working in a fast-paced ER environment

Call & Staffing

• Call Requirement: None
• Works alongside:
  • Other CT technologists
  • On-call backup tech available

Licensure & Certifications

• CPR required
• State License:
  • Pending accepted, must be active by start

Candidate Requirements

• Must live outside 50 miles of all CHN facilities (locals only considered for hard-to-fill needs)
• Must be comfortable with high ER volume and critical imaging
