Description
Med Surg Tele RN - Phoenix, AZ - 12 hour nights
- Shift: 12H Nights 12hr nights,
- 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks
- holidays based on unit coverage
- MUST HAVE LEVEL 1 TRAUMA EXP
- 50 mile radius rule
- Unit: Neuro Acute 6NNA/B- # beds: 48 total - 10 epilepsy specialty rooms-
- Certs: BLS, ACLS required
- Must have minimum 2 years experience.
- Ratios: 1:4 days and nights.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS Certification
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
