Travel Cath Lab Tech – 4x10s | High-Acuity Lab

We are seeking an experienced Travel Cath Lab Tech to join a fast-paced, high-acuity cardiac lab. This role offers exposure to a wide range of advanced procedures in a multi-suite environment.

Job Overview

• Specialty: Cath Lab Tech
• Schedule: 4x10s (Day Shift)
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Setting: Acute Care Hospital

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
• Scrub and monitor cases, including hemodynamic monitoring
• Prepare and maintain sterile field during procedures
• Operate imaging and cath lab equipment
• Monitor patient condition throughout procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and cath lab team
• Document procedures and ensure accurate patient records
• Support workflow across multiple cath lab suites

Requirements

• Active ARRT certification required
• Fluoroscopy certification required
• BLS certification required
• Recent Cath Lab experience required
• Strong knowledge of interventional and cardiac procedures
• Must be comfortable in a high-acuity environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in STEMI receiving facilities
• Experience with vascular, peripheral, neuro, and EP procedures
• Ability to scrub and monitor independently
• Experience with advanced cardiac support (balloon pumps, cardiac drips, etc.)
• Previous travel experience

Additional Details

• 5-suite Cath Lab with a wide range of case types
• 10–22 cases per day across all suites
• Call required (1x per week and 1 weekend per month)
• Every other weekend rotation
• First to float policy
• No first-time travelers accepted
