Description

NO LOCAL CANDIDATES (must reside outside 50-mile radius)

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: One major holiday required

Patient Ratios: 1:1-2

Days:

Nights:

Charge Nurse: Backup charge role available

Patient Population

Adult cardiac surgery patients including CABG, TAVR, VAD, pacemaker, AICD, etc.

Required Certifications
Must be attached at submission:

BLS
ACLS
NIHSS

Minimum Experience Requirements

2 years CVICU experience required, including immediate post-op CABG recovery

Preferred:

ECMO, IABP, Impella experience

Required Skills

Swan/PA catheter experience
Advanced device experience
EKG Exam (must pass at Orientation)
